What is it?
With each order, your account is automatically credited into convertible discount points.
What is the value of loyalty points?
€ 1 spent = 1 loyalty point.
1 loyalty point = € 0.05 discount for your next order.
Your dicount points are calculated on the total amount of your order (shipping not included).
Example: You validate an order for 50 euros, your account is credited with 50 loyalty points or 2.5 euros to be used with your next order, when you want, without minimum amount.
How to use my points?
To use your loyalty points, check the "loyalty bonus" box in the shopping box.
How many discount points can I earn?
There is no limit. Accumulate as many points as you want and you can use them on the order of your choice.
How long will my discount points are valid?
Your reward points are valid for 24 months after your last command. Then, they will be lost.
Are Loyalty points combined with promotional discounts and promo codes ?
Yes, the loyalty points are assigned in all cases, even with discounts.
Where are my Loyalty points ?
Your loyalty's points amount is displayed on the bottom page "Your Account".
